Stay away from it. If the main breaker is safe to reach, switch it off. Smoke or fire: leave and call 911 first.
Part of the house has no power
Check if your neighbors have power. Reset the breaker once. If it will not stay on, stop and call us.
A breaker keeps tripping
Do not hold it on or keep resetting it. Unplug what is on that circuit and call us.
An outlet or switch is hot, buzzing or dead
Stop using it and unplug everything. Turn off its breaker if you can tell which one it is.
Lights flicker or dim all over
A loose connection can be a fire risk. If the panel is buzzing or warm, keep away and call us.
Water near outlets or the panel
Do not touch anything wet or stand in water near the panel. Stay clear and call us.
